C. ON THE JOB TRAINING

The company conducts compulsory job training for all the security staff including the officers every fortnight at our training center and every fortnight at the client’s premises. During the training programme the complaints made by the client and the problems of our security staff are discussed and corrective measures spelt-out.

The Training conducted at or Training center shall be for the security staff of all our units and the training inputs shall be applicable to all, whereas the training at the client’s location will be particular in nature.
