(a) Basic Training Course for fresh recruits covers all the basic subjects of the security including the following subjects.

Operation of CCTV, Access Control, Controlling of Crowd, and Handling of Crowd Control devises etc.

Using and handling of licensed radio and also wireless equipments

Physical Security / Self defense.

How to communicate / Public Relation.

(b) Refreshers Course: For experienced Security Staff, this two – week training programme in which all the above cited subjects are once again reviewed and rehearsed till we get satisfied that the individual is conversant with all subjects.

(c) Advanced Security Course for Supervisors and Officers covering the following main subjects.

Legal Aspects of Industrial Security

Right of Private Defense

Documentation in Industrial Security

Investigation Procedures. / Incident Reporting

Security of Information

Access Control and Accountability.

Material Security

Electronic in Security and Security Systems.

Modern Patrolling Techniques

(d) On the Job Training (OJT)

We ensures that all security staff undergo OJT before they are being deployed at any client location. Depending on the nature of assignment a team will be formed and assign responsibility to ensure that security activities of a unit is stabilized after taking over. A feedback will be taken from the client on regular basis for the first three months and ensure service to the complete satisfaction of esteemed clients.

POSTWISE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AND SOP ON SECURITY

Based on the requirement of client we will carry out post deployment survey and prepare Post and Site responsibilities of Security staff on the line of Security SOP of the Company covering all minute requirements to ensure 100% security of the premises.

MANPOWER PROVISION

OSPREY has set qualitative requirements as per the guidelines of PSARA 2005, as a criterion for recruitment and deployment . Final section will be based on the clients requirement .

Full fledged control room with mobile patrolling operating 24/7 to cater for all emergencies. As a standard procedure we have a system of rotating of Guarding personnel once in a year to avoid close intimacy with the staff.

Periodic security Audits will be conducted at the clients place and documented so as to cater to ongoing improvement in services.
